- ➤ Kettle Moraine School District is moving ahead with its plan to convert the soon-to-be former Magee Elementary campus into a community center serving residents from early childhood through adulthood. - ➤ Last Sunday, SHARP hosted its fifth annual Unwrapped Waukesha at The Carriage House at Lac La Belle. Guests enjoyed creative gourmet dishes made from McDonald’s ingredients while funds raised will support a STEAM program for elementary students in four local schools — the nonprofit also unveiled its new branding. - ➤ Everett and Annemarie Rierdon will be honored at Delafield City Hall at 7 p.m. on Monday for calling 911 when their grandfather collapsed, which led to his timely treatment and recovery. Local officials praise the siblings for their quick thinking in a life-saving moment. The Waukesha Freeman
- ➤ Habitat for Humanity is expanding its Home Repair Program to help income-qualified homeowners in Waukesha County complete repairs like roofing or siding with interest-free loans available in several local municipalities. The Waukesha Freeman

- ➤ The first Tribute Tuesday concert will be held at Cutler Park’s Les Paul Performance Center on June 9. The Shagadelics — a cover band from Chicago — will perform 70s tunes to celebrate 100 years of parks and Les Paul’s birthday with food at 5:30 p.m. and free cupcakes available. The Waukesha Freeman
- ➤ Pewaukee High School's production of 'Matilda' opened last night and will run through the weekend; it is supported by a parent-led nonprofit that funds the school’s fine arts programs. Tickets are on sale for those wanting a night at the theater. TMJ-4

- ➤ Local families and golfers enjoyed warm weather at Moor Downs Golf Course today (a nine-hole course operated by the County Parks Department). Lines were long as players waited to tee off with the high reaching near 60 degrees this February. TMJ-4
