GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Highway 83 will be resurfaced on a 3.1-mile section south of I-94 in Delafield, Wales and Genesee following a kickoff meeting on March 4 at 216 W. South St. The project will run until mid-summer with overnight roundabout work (limited to single-lane closures) and updated sidewalks and ramps. Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

- ➤ Nicole and Russell Tretow plan to break ground on their dream home in Vernon this week, even as they learned it will be near a proposed sports complex on Big Bend and Town Line Roads.
