- ➤ Oconomowoc Paralympian Laura Dwyer competed in the mixed doubles curling event and finished fourth after narrowly losing the bronze medal game on March 9 at Hartland's Kettle Moraine Curling Club. Her team is scheduled to return Monday and will compete on the world stage again in May. TMJ-4

- ➤ The Waukesha School District’s Finance & Facilities Committee declined a proposal to change its school building sale policy during a Monday meeting as enrollment projections and property use are reassessed; a closed session on the Hawthorne sale is scheduled later today. The Waukesha Freeman

- ➤ Local officials in Pewaukee have proposed a 70% increase in water usage charges, a plan now under review by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission that could add about $20 to $25 per month to household bills while funding $25–30 million in system upgrades (including PFAS and radium fixes).
