- ➤ A Pewaukee woman was sentenced on March 20 for fatally starving her severely autistic daughter and received 20 years in prison plus 15 years of extended supervision — the judge compared autopsy photos to World War II concentration camps. FOX6
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Brookfield Alderman Mike Hallquist said he is concerned about a self-service cannabis kiosk at Brookfield Square Mall because some community members fear that teens could have easy access to restricted products. Bill Fuchs of Ethereal Gold Dispensary said the kiosk is safe and legal—he removed psychedelic mushrooms on the mall’s request—and an ordinance to regulate kiosks is planned for coming months. TMJ-4
