Church members at Southminster have kept the Richard Street Community Garden open since 2006, letting neighbors grow produce and connect—providing tools and water each spring.

They now plan to add a second garden led by a local Eagle Scout—working with Food for the Journey to help supply fresh food to local pantries and churches facing food insecurity.
