- ➤ Memorial Day events in the Milwaukee area will feature parades, ceremonies, live music and charity run/walks from May 24 to May 26. In Waukesha, residents can attend remembrance activities including an Avenue of Flags at Prairie Home Cemetery from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., a Riverside Ceremony at Veterans Park at 9 a.m. and a Memorial Day Service at Cutler Park at 10 a.m. on May 26.
