  • Stamp Out Hunger (organized by the National Association of Letter Carriers) collected 27,758 pounds of food Saturday to restock The FOOD Pantry Serving Waukesha County and The Salvation Army of Waukesha Food Pantry, with local volunteers and mail carriers helping neighbors facing food insecurity.  The Waukesha Freeman
  • Veterans groups will lead a Memorial Day march on Monday, May 25 at 10 a.m. starting at Barstow and ending at Cutler Park. Residents can honor fallen service members by bringing a loved one’s photo and volunteering (contact Chuck Esser at [email protected]).  FOX6
  • A $22 million entertainment complex called The Social is under construction at the former Olympia Resort ski hill in Oconomowoc and is expected to open early 2027.
