- ➤ Phylicia Rashad will serve as the 2026 Master Teacher for the Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program at Ten Chimneys in Genesee Depot from July 12-19. Public events include a conversation on July 17 and a concluding presentation on July 18 (she taught the program in 2015). The Waukesha Freeman

- ➤ The Waukesha County Department of Public Works invites residents, business owners, and property owners to a public information meeting on the rehabilitation of County Trunk Highway JJ on Thursday, May 28 (4 to 6 p.m. at 1641 Woodburn Road) to review plans for repairing three miles of Bluemound Road; construction will begin June 8. - ➤ The Mukwonago Village Board will consider a proposal from Briohn Land for a 117,000 sqft industrial building meant for light-manufacturing and warehousing on Highway 83. The board will meet today at 6:30 p.m. in the municipal building (440 River Crest Court). The Waukesha Freeman
