The Common Council approved rezoning on Tuesday for two Oconomowoc projects; CenterPointe Marine will move its boat operation to former Silgan Containers sites, and a section of Village Square in Pabst Farms is set for a senior living facility and 80 new homes (10.4 acres total).
Oconomowoc’s Village Square will add 80 new single-family homes and a senior living facility on a 21-acre site after the Common Council approved a rezoning change on June 16.
