Tony Evers for vetoing funding for a study to expand I-94 to six lanes from Highway SS to the county line, noting the stretch recorded 1,446 crashes, 148 serious injuries, and 6 fatalities from 2019 to 2024. Farrow said the decision has made the roads less safe and he plans to push the Legislature to address roadway safety. The Waukesha Freeman
