City officials plan to expand Tax Increment Financing District No. 7 by adding two parcels—an extra 16.23 acres—to finance redevelopments like The Social and Elevate at Olympia Fields, with an estimated $24,136,000 investment.
The proposal will be discussed at the Wednesday Plan Commission meeting at 6 p.m. in City Hall, where developers Neumann Development and Wangard will also finalize their development agreements.
