The new charcuterie business Graze Craze has opened in Brookfield at the Galleria West shopping center.
Locally owned by the Hess family, the shop offers food platters with artisan meats, cheeses, and fresh fruits and operates Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Ruekert & Mielke announced it acquired RidgeView Office Center IV at N25-W23645 Watertown Road in Pewaukee — its 25,700 sqft building is smaller than its current 80,000 sqft base, but the firm will occupy all of the property from next year after renovations are completed.
Graze Craze opened its first Wisconsin store on July 6 in Brookfield offering artisan charcuterie boards and picnic box options.
The store is located at 18900 W. Bluemound Road (Suite 139) in the Galleria West Shopping Center and is open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
