Brennecke after Monday's hit-and-run accident at Allen Road and Orchard Circle that critically injured and later killed 87-year-old Allan Eighmy while he was driving his tractor—an arrest warrant has been issued and police are seeking a black 2008 Volvo XC90 with registration AYL-2899. - ➤ Oconomowoc police charged 49 year old Matthew Brennecke with hit and run and great bodily harm after an SUV struck a Kubota tractor near Allen Road and Orchard Circle on Monday, July 14, fatally injuring 87 year old Al Eighmy as he mowed near Dr. Martin Luther King Church—authorities say Brennecke's black 2008 Volvo XC90 with license AYL-2899, last seen on Concord Road, is being sought.
