EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Arrowhead High School in Hartland had the largest enrollment with 1,950 students for the 2024-25 school year among Waukesha County schools. Muskego High School enrolled 1,634 students — 316 fewer than Arrowhead. Waukesha Times
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On Wednesday at 6 p.m., the Waukesha Plan Commission will review several proposals—including Tukka Properties’ plan for an 118-unit senior living facility at 1625 Coldwater Creek Drive, Weldall Manufacturing’s request for a 52,300-square-foot expansion with updated parking, Woodman’s proposal for a fueling station with tunnel car wash at 1610 E. Main St., a Dunkin’ drive-thru feasibility study at 2110 E. Moreland Blvd, and B.A.M. Motors’ plan to rebuild its auto dealership at 408 W. Sunset Drive after a December 2024 fire—in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The Waukesha Freeman
- ➤ The Waukesha Plan Commission will consider a permit request for Budzinsky Crypto Mining, LLC to run a liquid-cooled industrial generator from a home on Downing Drive amid a complaint about noise and a noted violation for a home industry.
