- ➤ A 25-year-old man in Waukesha pleaded no contest to first-degree intentional homicide after shooting his 74-year-old grandmother when she discovered a gun in his bedroom—he will be sentenced on July 29. FOX6
- ➤ Formerly homeless Waukesha man Adam Malinski, 48, who stabbed a man downtown last August and later spat at a correctional officer during a jail incident, pleaded no contest and received an eight-year prison sentence—crediting 333 days already served—while also facing strict conditions such as maintaining sobriety and no contact with the victims.
