Good morning, Waukesha.
Calveal Marlow, 19, was charged with three felonies and two misdemeanors after he led Brookfield police on a high-speed chase into Milwaukee last month—he was already out on bond for fleeing law enforcement in a separate case.
U.S. Marshals said Luis Cruz Trejo, who has been on the run for nearly two years, intentionally hit a Waukesha guardrail to injure a woman and later crashed into a light pole when she tried to flee — officials warn he remains a serious threat.
Waukesha neighbors gathered on Sunday at Fox River Church to support 10-year-old Wesley Ulrich, who suffered a rare brain bleed four months ago and underwent two surgeries—raising funds with a dunk tank, silent auction, and other activities at the Warriors for Wesley event.
He returned to fourth grade and celebrated his progress by playing piano and hitting a line drive in a scrimmage baseball game.
