Bicyclists, runners, walkers, and scooter riders enjoyed a 12.5-mile trail extension connecting Pewaukee to Watertown after a celebration last Thursday + the expansion combined Jefferson County’s Interurban Trail with the final segment of the Lake Country Trail.
NoCams Muskego, a local citizens group formed over privacy concerns, will meet on Sept.
15 at Veterans Park Pavilion to push City Hall to ban Flock Safety cameras and other automated license plate readers, saying the risks outweigh the benefits despite their use in criminal investigations.

Waukesha's Oktoberfest is set for Friday, Sept.
25 and Saturday, Sept. 26 at Frame Park, featuring Bavarian food, music, and beer (a $2 wristband is needed for beer).
