18 its plan to form a nonprofit foundation to fund student workforce programs like Schools2Skills and trades expos. The foundation will boost local career growth by connecting K-12 students with businesses and considering new initiatives for 2027.

Waukesha Reads for 2026 begins Sunday when residents pick up free copies of '33 Place Brugmann' from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at North Pillar Brewery & additional events include a Belgian beer tasting on Oct.
1 at the brewery and a genealogy workshop on Oct. 2 at the library.

High school students across Wisconsin are invited to submit their homecoming photos for an online gallery by USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin as celebrations continue over the next few weeks.
Entries must include students’ names, school, and event details (with permission) to be considered.
