- ➤ Chef Michael Feker and Bank Five Nine have partnered to launch the Flavor Soldiers BootCamp to train food entrepreneurs in culinary, business, and financial skills — aiming to support veterans, minorities and workers transitioning careers. - ➤ Three products made by local companies are among 148 nominees for the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest from Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. - ➤ Hamilton School District experienced a Zoom bombing during a virtual parent meeting last Thursday when an unknown user hacked the call and shared inappropriate content for 30 seconds. Superintendent Paul Mielke called all participants to apologize and the district is working with Zoom and its IT team to secure future meetings — a breach that is under investigation.
