- ➤ Three Arrowhead Union High School students challenged the new ePass system that limits bathroom breaks to three per day and seven per week, saying it makes it hard for athletes to stay hydrated. The school board defended the policy as a way to promote safety and learning while offering extra help for students with special needs—similar systems are used in other local districts. TMJ-4

- ➤ FEMA teams are helping flood survivors as Disaster Recovery Centers open today in Butler, Brookfield, and Muskego to let residents apply for aid after the August floods — applications can be submitted online, by phone, or in person until November 12. FOX6
