- ➤ A new documentary on Broadway legends Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne will premiere Monday, October 6—at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York City, and it will detail their life and work at the historic Ten Chimneys estate in Waukesha County, which was declared a National Historic Landmark in 2003 and now supports American theater through its fellowship program. - ➤ Old World Wisconsin will host Halloween Legends and Lore this October at its museum at W372 S9727 Highway 67 in Eagle—running on Friday and Saturday evenings, October 10-11, 17-18, and 24-25 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Guests will follow a map to explore over 20 ghost stories in Crossroads Village, with highlights such as the Hodag, Victorian séance and Baba Yaga, a 1930s costume party at Wittnebel’s Tavern, and family-friendly food served at the Clausing Barn beginning at 3 p.m. The Waukesha Freeman

- ➤ The railroad crossing on CTH NN — located on East Veterans Way between WIS 83 and CTH ES — will close Monday for a five-day improvement project, and all traffic will detour via Holz Parkway and WIS 83. The Waukesha Freeman
