- ➤ A fire at Bass Bay Brewhouse in Muskego left the Vanhoff family without a home just weeks before the holidays — all members survived — and a sister launched a GoFundMe campaign to help them rebuild. TMJ-4
- ➤ Bass Bay Brewhouse in Muskego, a family-owned restaurant operating since the 1950s, was engulfed by a massive fire on Friday, Dec. 12, leaving the property significantly damaged as firefighters from over a dozen communities worked to extinguish the flames. Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

- ➤ Founders Gallery at the Center for Life Enrichment on the Shorehaven campus hosts the Lake Country Carvers Holiday Wood Carving Exhibit and Sale through Dec. 31 at 1306 W.
