  • The FOOD Pantry is set to relocate to a larger space at 1705 S. Prairie Ave pending a conditional use permit discussion at 6 p.m. today at City Hall Council Chambers (201 Delafield St.) after receiving a $3.5 million donation to expand its services.  The Waukesha Freeman
  • The Oconomowoc DAR sponsored the 2025 Wreaths Across America Ceremony on Saturday at St. John Chrysostom Episcopal Church in Delafield — 43 wreaths were placed to honor fallen heroes and current service members.  The Waukesha Freeman

  • Steny's Lake Country in Pewaukee reopened Monday after a burst sprinkler flooded the restaurant and caused significant water damage, and it is now planning an all-day fundraiser Sunday to help Bass Bay Brewhouse employees.  TMJ-4

  • Local plow companies are facing a growing salt shortage as suppliers in Waukesha conserve stocks amid a busy season — salt boats are expected later this week but will only fill part of available bins, prompting calls for careful usage.  TMJ-4

  • During Monday night's Sussex Hamilton School Board meeting, district leaders did not discuss the Turning Point USA club controversy as club president Lucy thanked the administration—her remark came after October suspensions for students involved in the club proposal.  TMJ-4

  • Former Kettle Moraine High School standout Samuel Coufal, now with the Miami Hurricanes, will compete as a number 10 seed in the NCAA Division I FBS Football Championship on Saturday, Dec. 20 at 11 a.m. against the seventh seeded Texas A&M Aggies.  Waukesha Times
