- ➤ Quad/Graphics sold its Sussex High Tech Centre building at N64-W23110 Main St. to Generac Power Systems Inc. for $20 million; the 200,000 sqft (built in 1990) facility supported administrative and manufacturing functions and will not affect jobs as operations nearby remain active. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Waukesha DPW will collect real Christmas trees curbside on garbage pickup days in January and accept drop-offs at 750 Sentry Drive on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (trees must be free of decorations and stands) while those left after January 31 must be removed. FOX6
- ➤ The New Berlin Plan Commission approved the design for a 57,010 sqft rehabilitative development for Milwaukee Rescue Mission’s New Journey Campus at 5295 S. Moorland Road; construction will begin in summer or fall 2026 with completion expected by summer or fall 2027. The Waukesha Freeman
