- ➤ After catalytic converter thefts last school year, school officials met with First Student on Tuesday to review safety updates including an electric fence—rated at 7,000—10,000 volts—and round-the-clock security guards for the bus lot. Developers plan to create The Social, a 60000 square foot venue, and Elevate, a mixed use project with luxury apartments and retail + the estimated tax incremental financing investment is about $24,136,000.
