ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • At Menomonee Falls Park, two people became trapped in dangerous, swirling waters while trying to rescue a dog and were pulled to safety by first responders just after 4:30 p.m.—heavy rain had intensified the current, and the dog still remains missing.  TMJ-4

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • After a weekend storm, Waukesha experienced two sanitary sewer overflows as the first occurred near Deer Trails Road around 1 a.m. on Sunday with about 9,600 gallons discharged and was fixed by 5 a.m., and the second began near Burr Oak Boulevard around 4:25 p.m. on Sunday and was contained by 12:30 a.m. on Monday with limited public exposure.  The Waukesha Freeman
